The Roumois is a region of plateau located in the northwestern part of the Eure département in Normandy.
Its boundaries are the Seine downstream of Elbeuf to the north, to the west the Risle valley and the plain of Neubourg to the south. The communes are Bourg-Achard and Bourgtheroulde-Infreville . It faces the Pays de Caux on the opposite side of the Seine.
The main economy relies on agriculture and the industrial centers of Seine-Maritime (near Rouen).
