Production line

Line-Flow production processes are preestablished, occur in serial or linear manner, and are deticated to making one type of product. Line-Flow produciton are inflexible, becasue they are typically deticated to manufacturing one type of product.

This idea has been made a standard in industry by Ford Motor Company.

For example, a beer brewery uses line production in its bottling process as the bottles are (1) sterilized, (2) filled with beer, (3) crowned, (4) inspected, (5) labeled, and (6) inspected again in a finite predefined process.
