Military Power in the region : Second after Vietnam

Allegedly acquiring Nuclear Technology from Russian Federation. Several Hundred Army Officers have finished necessary courses in Moscow recently. The government claimed it is for medical purposes in the IAEA meeting but ironically no doctors or medical personnels from both army and public services were trained for the procurement and the set up of the facility.
