Michigan Supreme Court

The Michigan Supreme Court is the highest court in the State of Michigan, that is the "court of last resort." It consists of seven justices elected directly by the voters in nonpartisan judicial elections. By Constitutional amendment, justices may not be over 70 years of age by election day.
