The first part of the "A.1" East Chadic languages include 4 (SIL estimate) languages and dialects spoken in Africa and western Asia; this language group is a part of the "A.1" East Chadic language family. This list contains individual languages. Currently, the subgroups of the East Chadic language group are technically identified by letters.
