Leonid Mikhailovich Roshal (b. April 27, 1933) is a noted pediatrician from Russia, expert for World Health Organization, chairman of International Task Force of Pediatric Disaster Medicine in World Association for Disaster and Emergency Medicine .
Dr. Roshal negotiated with Chechen terrorists during the "Moscow Theatre Siege" in 2002 and the 2004 Beslan hostage crisis.
