Industrial Sociology

Industrial Sociology (also known as sociology of industrial relations or sociology of work) is

  1. the study of the interaction of people within industry it includes the study of boss-subordinate, inter-departmental, and management / trade-union relationships´.
  2. Moreover, on a macrosociological scale, it is the study of the impact of industrialization on whole societies.
