Category:Communism

Communism, or the theory of communism has both a both a religious and secular interpretation with the religious interpretation having historically appeared before the secular version. While most often used to describe revolutionary philosophies based on the theories espoused by Karl Marx and as a synonym for the Marxist-Leninist system practiced in Soviet Russia under Lenin and his successors, as well as its satellite states; it has also been used as the foundation of belief for many Christian communities who have rested their interpretation on the Book of Acts, chapter 2, verses 44-45. In this case the "C" is capitalized.
