Anti-authoritarian

Anti-authoritarianism is the belief that communities should have the right to govern themselves and not be ruled by an outside force. They should make the decisions that affect them and not someone else. It rejects or opts out of central control or hierarchical authorities such as mainstream economics, religion, mass media and governments, particularly certain laws for leadership, standards, etiquette and guidance. An emphasis on alternative collaborative, collective and cooperative endeavors is made instead.

It is closely associated with anarchism.
